iNAP Goal: "Flatten the hierarchical Internet Tier model to provide greater interoperability and lower costs for Internet Access and Application sourcing"

The term "Network Neutrality" has been through the mill of Congress, and the News in general.  What does it mean to you?  To us at the iNAP, it means providing a level, non-biased platform that gives all participants the ability to depend upon a common set of policies, and the ability to guide future development of iNAP to suit the needs of it's members long into the future.

iNAP is not a carrier, ISP, Content Provider, ASP, or other form of information vendor.  This conscious choice allows iNAP to remain "Neutral" and pursue our goal of ubiquitos and non-biased service under a common set of principles and policies for all clients.  Our dedication to provide a level platform to any and all clients also has a very stringent Customer Service goal as well.  We don't think it is rocket science to give our clients the best possible service along with a rock solid technological superior architecture.  This conscious choice also means that we also have ears, and an affinity to grow our service in accordance with our clients needs.

Although we are a commercial enterprise, we choose to run our organization much like a cooperative or consortium.  Our users have a great deal to do with what we implement now and in the future.  Our User Group has an open invitation to attend bi-annual meetings where iNAP executives and developers will encourage open communication and results driven changes to suit our users needs and desires.  We recognize that without our clients we cannot be in business, so offering those services requested most will ensure we are a viable and trusted vendor.

Please ask about our next Users Group Forum, and our roll-out schedule for future iNAP nodes.  Your voice can shape our collective futures.
